Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any course or service. Refund Policy NISM Certify offers digital educational services, including live classes, recorded lectures, mock tests, study materials, mentorship programs, and exam guidance. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are limited. Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made for the same course.
- Payment deducted but course access not provided.
- Multiple charges due to a technical error.
- Course cancelled by NISM Certify.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by emailing
info@nismcertify.in with the transaction details. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Non-Refundable Services Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- Access to recorded lectures has been granted.
- Study materials, notes, PDFs, or digital content have been delivered or accessed.
- Live classes have commenced.
- Mock test platform access has been activated.
- The student chooses not to continue the course.
- The student does not appear for the examination.
- The student fails the examination.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Personal scheduling conflicts or lack of participation.
Cancellation Policy Students may request cancellation before course access is activated. Once access to any course, recorded content, study material, mock test, or mentorship service has been provided, cancellation requests will not be accepted. NISM Certify reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course, batch, or session due to operational requirements. In such cases, eligible students may be offered an alternative batch, credit, or refund at the sole discretion of NISM Certify.
